30% of the total stay will be requested in advance to guarantee the reservation.

If you cancel the reservation more than 15 days before the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded deducting €10 for management fees. If you cancel between 7 and 15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is within the last 7 days before the date of arrival, the hotel will keep the deposit.

In case of early departure, the total of the confirmed stay will be charged.

The number of people and/or children occupying the room must exactly match what was booked and sent on the booking confirmation. No child or baby can be accommodated if their place is not confirmed. If the client appears with a child or baby or a person without a confirmed place, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and not to provide accommodation to the client.
